Customers cannot self-register. A Sterling Meridian banker creates your account after a brief onboarding conversation. Use the contact form below to begin.
How do I reset my password?+
Use the 'Forgot your password' link on the sign-in page. We'll generate a reset token; for security, your banker may also be involved.
Where can I see my account number?+
Account numbers are masked in the dashboard. The last four digits are always visible; the full number is available in your account details.
Is my money insured?+
Deposit accounts are FDIC insured up to $250,000 per depositor, per ownership category.
